Pre-Planning Forms

Advisor and Student pre-planning forms can be found in our State Conference Info Packet. These documents are not required, but will help advisors and students register and organize for the event.

Member Cost: $90

The cost per student and advisor is $90 (includes meals, programming, shirt and entertainment)

• This does not include the hotel accommodations that must be arranged by your school/individually

Registration Deadline:

Friday, February 27th at 5:00pm - We will not be able to accept registrations after this date/time as we must provide final counts to the host school.

Accommodations (IMPORTANT)

This year’s State Conference accommodations and travel information are located in our State Conference Information Packet

*This year’s hotel accommodations is in Parkersbug, WV. This is the closest hotel to the high school. Please plan accordingly with your school district.

Note: Your district’s bus (if applicable) would drop off the students in Belpre High School in Belpre, Ohio. Belpre City Schools transporation will drop conference participants off at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Parkersburg, WV.
