This year’s Fall Retreat will challenge students to think beyond obstacles and discover their power to create solutions that matter. Through hands-on activities, small group discussions, and dynamic sessions, students will learn how to:
Break down complex challenges into opportunities.
Collaborate with peers to tackle issues and situations that might occur in school, club, organization and in life.
Build resilience, creativity, and confidence in their leadership.
Take new strategies back to their schools and communities.
By the end of the weekend, students won’t just be better problem solvers—they’ll be ready to lead change, inspire action, and shape the future in their schools and beyond.

Students in grades 6-12 from all organizations, teams, and groups are welcome!
In order to provide a more in-depth opportunity for discussion and group development, OASL created a three year rotation of retreat programs for both Middle Level and Senior High students. These overnight retreats offer students opportunities to make new friends, connect with old friends, work in a small group setting and develop their teamwork, goal setting, communication, creativity and overall leadership skills in a retreat setting.

Scholarships Available!
At OASL we will never turn down a student who wants to build their leadership skills and get involved. You belong!
Limited $55.00 scholarships for students with financial need may be available. Any student interested in being considered for a scholarship MUST complete the Scholarship Request Application by Friday, October 17th. Applicants will be notified of their status by Tuesday, October 21st.
Registration and scholarship application should be submitted within the same day to be considered for the scholarship.
Registration Deadline:
October 24th at midnight. We will not be able to accept registrations after this date/time as we must provide final counts to our camp facility.
$55.00 deposit required for all registrants. Refunds issued only if notice of cancellation is received by October 24.
