This summer can be more than a break from the classroom. It can be your opportunity to step forward.
Connections is a dynamic online leadership forum where ideas are challenged, voices are heard, and leadership is explored. Throughout this six-session series, you'll engage in meaningful conversations about communicating with purpose, making ethical decisions, thinking creatively, taking smart risks, and collaborating effectively with others.
You'll explore leadership from multiple perspectives while also looking inward to better understand your own strengths, values, and potential.
Just as important as the ideas you'll discover are the people you'll meet. Connections is designed to help you build authentic relationships with peers who will challenge your thinking, broaden your perspective, and inspire your growth. These connections may become future collaborators, mentors, or lifelong friends. After all, leadership grows stronger in community.
This isn't a space for passive scrolling or one-word responses. It's a community built on curiosity, respect, and courageous conversation. Here, questions are just as valuable as answers. Thoughtful disagreement is welcomed, reflection is encouraged, and growth comes from actively participating.
Leadership doesn't begin with a title—it begins with awareness, courage, and action.
Throughout this forum, you'll be challenged to share your perspective, learn from others, and connect real-world issues to your own experiences and values.
Jump in. Speak up. Listen closely. Connect.
